המיטות נוחות (חלק יותר קשות חלק יותר רכות אז המגוון בא בטוב לכל השוהים. לכל 5 החדרים יש מקלחת ושירותים פרטיים הבית שתי קומות. אווירה טובה והיה ממש כיפי לשהות גם בפנים וגם בחוץ ליד הבריכה ובתוכה. חוויה אדירה של בית אבן בהרים מול הנוף. שווה להגיע למינימום לשני לילות בעל הבית קיבל אותנו ושם לנו שק פחמים אם נרצה מנגל, עצים וקוביות הדלקה אם נרצה להדליק אח. בשתי הקומות הWIFI מצויין וממש מהיר!
הקומה התחתונה יותר חשוכה. לכן בישלנו במטבח למטה, וישבנו בקומה העליונה מכונת הכביסה לא תקינה

הוילה מרווחת, נוף יפה ובריכה טובה
לא היה מספיק נקי, לא מתוחזק- חלודה במתקני חוץ, רהיטים שבורים, אין אינטרנט ואין קליטה סלולרית במקום. לאחר שביקשנו בעת הקבלה מהמארח לסדר את הwifi- הוא טען שהולך לסדר אך במשך כל שהותנו 4 ימים הwifi לא היה תקין.

Great location for exploring east Pelion. The villa is spacious, has a great pool and 2 living rooms.

Great location and layout, but the property desperately needs a serious renovation due to poor clean
The villa has a very good layout and spatial distribution. The location is great and highly convenient.
Lack of cleanliness: The villa was not clean upon arrival. Dusty sanitary ware and an overall lack of proper housekeeping. Outdated and broken property: The indoor and outdoor furniture is old and damaged. Bed mattresses are extremely hard. Door handles keep falling off. Maintenance issues: Plumbing fixtures are leaking. The swimming pool and surrounding vegetation are completely unmaintained and neglected. Missing essentials: Wi-Fi internet is almost non-existent. There is not enough tableware and dishes for a group of 10 people. Everything feels extremely basic. Billing issue: The owner refused to provide an official invoice for the stay, despite explicitly confirming they would do so before the payment was made through Booking.
