Bien ubicado, tranquilo y limpio. Detalles de bienvenida.
Acceso al estudio (escaleras terribles). Precio algo elevado. Una de las noches limpiaban las vías del tranvía y el edificio se movía MUCHO.

Super expérience! Nous n’avons rencontré aucun problème lors du séjour.
Le logement était super! Nous avons passés 3 nuits à trois dans la chambre et l’espace était suffisant. Le quartier et l’immeuble sont très calmes, nous n’avons rencontré aucun problème à ce niveau là. Un point particulièrement positif est que l’immeuble se situe en face de l’arrêt de tram ce qui rend les visites et déplacements très faciles et agréables.
Le seul petit inconvénient était la taille de l’évier de la cuisine. En l’absence de lave-vaisselle, faire la vaisselle est parfois un peu moins pratique car l’évier est assez petit. Cela reste cependant tout à fait gérable et n’a pas impacté notre séjour. 😊
