  Super nieuw mooi appartement. Lekkere locatie. Koelkast vol voor ontbijt. Snelle communicatie via de app. En eenvoudig veilig parkeren. We mochten op de uitcheckdatum nog even blijven staan, dus dat wss top!

  Er is maar 1 sleutelbos die je ook nodig hebt voor de stroom. Het is dus lastig als iemand even boodschappen gaat doen. Er was een aggregaat / pomp bij 1 van de buren die soms aansloeg en herrie maakt. Ik begrijp niet dat de vaste bewonders dit daar accepteren. In de nacht slaat deze gelukkig minder aan...

  Vorsicht bei der Buchung. Man bekommt nicht unbedingt das, was man gebucht hat.

  Vorsicht bei der Buchung. Das Appartement, das wir bekommen haben (1 von3) war gut ausgestattet, italienisches Frühstück zum Zubereiten vorhanden. Die hohen Decken und der Stuck an der Decke war sehr ansprechend. Die Küche war modern und gut ausgestattet. Parken im Hof gegen Gebühr von 20€ ist möglich und sinnvoll.

  Wir hatten ein Appartement mit 2 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern gebucht. Ich hatte mich so gefreut, dass wir endlich mal große Betten haben würden. Bekommen haben wir ein Appartement mit einem Schlafzimmer, das im Maisonettestil über eine steile Treppe erreicht wurde - es war also offen ohne Tür. Das Bett war ein schmales Doppelbett. Dazu wurde uns ein altes Klappbett unten neben der Badezimmertür aufgestellt, das sehr unbequem war. Auch die Lage direkt an derBadezimmertür war sehr unvorteilhaft . Das Bad hatte kein Fenster und keine Lüftung. Die großen Fenstertüren gingen zur Straße raus - es war laut. Ob die Türen geschlossen oder offen waren, war egal Dank der uralten EinfachVerglasung. Nach Rücksprache mit dem Vermieter gab es keine Möglichkeit an unser eigentlich gebuchtes und von Booking.com bestätigtes Appartement zu kommen - es war belegt. Der Vermieter machte booking.com dafür verantwortlich und Booking.com den Vermieter. Die Leidtragenden waren wir, Wir bekamen 100€ vom Vermieter zurückerstattet. Wir hätten lieber unser gebuchtes Appartement gehabt , um anständig zu schlafen. So machte es keinen Spaß und wir waren mega enttäuscht.

  I recently had the pleasure of staying in a fantastic apartment in Catania, Sicily, and I can't recommend it enough! The location was ideal—situated in a quiet neighborhood, yet close to all the interesting sites the city has to offer. It made exploring the area incredibly convenient and stress-free. Also, communication with the host was excellent. The apartment itself has been beautifully renovated, it was spotlessly clean and equipped with all the amenities one could need for a comfortable stay.

  The shower head and faucet combo in the main bathroom were difficult to open.

  Designed to look good online without consideration of practical use

  Modern fittings, laundry, well stocked kitchen including breakfast items like yogurt, fruit and milk. Staff were friendly and responsive.

  The second bathroom water was cold. No hot water came out. The main shower was extremely difficult to turn on and off. The floor was dusty. Parking is difficult with any 4 door car. Other residents cars block the main driveway in and out. If you go out, all electricity in the apartment goes off, which means returning to a hot apartment with dishwasher and washing machine cycles incomplete. The electricity tag was not removable from the keys - it was locked with a code.
