Location was great, good communication with staff, and easy self check in and out. Apartment was large, clean and comfortable in a safe and centric area
The bedroom had a small portable unit that keep the room temperature barely cool, and did turned itself off a couple of times in the middle of the night because the water reservoir was full, which was a little annoying

Location juste correcte
Le logement est conforme à la description. Très fonctionnel. Literie confortable. Très bien situé.
Le fait d’avoir installé un climatiseur mobile enlève tout l’intérêt de cette location : plus de possibilité de fermer le volet la nuit, la fenêtre reste entre ouverte du fait de l’installation du climatiseur. Plus aucune isolation phonique. Il y a un bar juste dans la rue à côté avec un bruit constant jusqu’à 2 h voir 3 h du matin. En louant dans ce quartier, nous savions qu’il était vivant. À ce point, certainement pas. Prévoir les bouchons d’oreilles et le masque sur les yeux. Bien dommage.

Excelente ubicación, cerca de todo, en una zona con gran cantidad de bares y restaurantes. Amplio y limpio. Cama y sofá cama cómodos y cocina bien equipada, lavadora y lavavajillas también.
La zona por la noche es un poco ruidosa y pronto por la mañana pasa el camión de limpieza que también es ruidoso. En cualquier caso no fue un problema.

A pleasant stay though could be improved.
Host is responsive and location is great. Apartment is tidy although it's got hair and dust in the less open areas. I wish they could get rid of the non-essentials such as the carpet and the bed covering as they never get washed / cleaned and it feels very gross. The rating could go slightly higher if there are more toiletries such as conditioner, more toilet paper (i bought more just in case) and handsoap in the kitchen. The toilet seat is also broken and needs to be fixed. It would also give the travellers better comfort if the check-in instructions were provided earlier vs. just minutes before the check in time.
Toilet condition, all plates but no bowls at all, cleaniness, timing of check in instructions, lack of electric outlets near the dining table (no place to charge devices).
