Staff was very kind very generous, Always there for help and and gladness . Actually providing byredo self-care materials is an aother level.
Not having a refrigarator wasnt so good.

A very small room but a great location
The location is great and central, we could easily walk in around 10 mins, with our suitcases, from the Arlanda Express platform at the Central Station. Metro is nearby, or otherwise plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants within 5-20 mins walk. We were going to an event at the Kulturhuset and this was also very walkable. Staff was very friendly and competent. The interior design is a nice boutique hotel.
The room was extremely small; barely space to walk around the bed. There's no chair in the room consequently, and no dedicated quiet area inside the hotel to work otherwise, so this was a problem given we each planned to work remotely for one afternoon. The glass wall and door of the bathroom doesn't provide much privacy (there's some thin curtains).
