    Beautiful surroundings. Very clean. The air conditioning was wonderful and kept our room cool. The pool was very refreshing. Breakfast was very good - best gallo pinto we've had in Nicaragua. Everyone was very friendly. We would stay here again for sure!

    We knocked for quite a while before someone came to let us in, which turned out to be the young son of the manager that was walking on the street. He gave us our keys and took us to our room. We asked him some questions about where to get dinner and he didn't know. We didn't see the manager until the next morning. She was very nice and helped us arrange some tours. There was a slight miscommunication and we were late for the volcano tour, but everything turned out well and we enjoyed both of the tours that we took.

    Breakfast was awesome and included :).

    Just not having their WhatsApp to arrange arrival. I guess it’s a booking policy to not let us have that.
