We really enjoyed our stay at Mission Beach Shores and totally recommend. Only three chalets in the complex, and each apartment very private with lovely tropical gardens separating each apartment. Keri was friendly and very accommodating, making us feel very welcome. Our family were allowed to spend the day time with us and use the pool which made our stay very homely. We had a problem with the air conditioner and Keri addressed the issue immediately and had the a/c replaced. We would definitely stay again.

Keri was the most delightful hostess. Nothing was too much trouble and she went above and beyond to fix the gliche in the booking system. We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 week stay and look forward to returning sometime. Thankyou Keri.
Unfortunately we had booked and paid for, confirmed by booking.com, a 2 bedroom house, but on arrival, it wasnt available and apparently should not have been made available to book. It was very disappointing, but Keri moved ountains to zccommodate us.
