Best experience ever, lovely place and people
We have stayed at this hotel probably four times already, as we often come to Armenia for work. To be completely honest, we have been very satisfied with our stays every time. The check-in system works well, everything is straightforward, and our room was cleaned every day when we requested it. We simply put the “please clean” sign on the door, and the staff would also ask us whether we needed cleaning or not. No one ever entered our room without our permission. There was always someone at the reception, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. They even helped us with questions and situations that had nothing to do with the hotel, which we really appreciated. I actually recommended this hotel to my friend. She read some of the reviews and then came back to me with concerns, so I was honestly a little surprised because our experience has been completely different. We have been very happy with our stays here. Everyone is friendly, the service is good, and the staff are always willing to help. Another big advantage is the location. The hotel is right in the city center, but it is surprisingly quiet. The last time we stayed here, there was some road construction nearby, but this time everything was clean and quiet. Even though all five rooms in the hotel were occupied, it honestly felt as if we were the only guests there. It is incredibly peaceful and quiet. We would definitely recommend this hotel 100%. We have stayed here several times and have always had a positive experience. We would happily come back again!
