  Overall it was a nice experience

  A nice property, with a good location, nearby beach, restaurants! Scooty service is also available.

  For Staff coordination we find lil difficulty!! Cz Most of the time nobody is there at the reception!

  Jasmine the "Gavial" owner who keeps her phone off and property with no care-takers or security.

  Owner has the attitude of Trump who we all know should be done what he has to be done.

  The stupid lady owner with an attitude of a big shot while in reality an illeterate and uneducated gavial calls me at 12:34 while I was at the museum and asks me to come before 1 PM so I tell her that it is not possible to come before 13:30 and max by 2 due to waiting at the museum which I even messaged her and she tells me to call her when I arrive. I arrive exactly at 13:50 and park my car and see nobody present at the property.. not even her dog or any dogs for that matter. I called her twice and my network was good but got a message saying: The number you are trying to call is unavailable. I rang the bell and I think I heard someone whisper but nobody bothered to show up. The fact that this lady switches off her phone and wanders around without bothering to answer can be seen in many reviews. Please carefully go through all the reviews on booking.com as that is where this gavial cannot remove her reviews unlike google where she and her scoundrel husband have carefully turned off the google reviews (in maps, it shows as permanently closed). Please go through all booking.com reviews of this place and it is very very clear and evident that she is a disgrace to this planet earth and to the state of Goa and the people I respect the most by being fully disrespectful towards guests, does not have the aukaat to have a care-taker/Security guard.. anybody can enter this place at any time and you are on your own. If something happens then god should help if he exists because this kind of people survive past 60 while people with nothing but good deeds have passed away much sooner. Coming back to my situation, I try to call booking.com to see if they can help but their stupid AI agent needs details and even in the worst of emergencies it won't transfer the call to an actual person unless you provide certain details. They don't have proper helpline number which existed before stupid AI ruined it for all..

  Large and spacious apartment, very clean, with everything needed. Interactions with staff were pleasant. There are some great cafes and bar/ restaurants (Feli tavern, Beno cafe) in Benaulim that are relatively close. Blinkit and zomato deliver quickly and there are adequate kitchen facilities to cook if you want (tawa, stove etc) along with multiple extremely well stocked grocery stores about 15-20min walk from the property. The area is calm and peaceful, very green and pleasant.

  Location is quite inconvenient. It is at least 15 minutes walk to anywhere of note, which is quite taxing in oppressive humidity and blazing sunshine. It would be necessary to hook in with a local tuktuk driver for shorter trips, and expect to spend 1000+ rupees each way in a taxi to explore the more happening areas of Goa. This is not the fault of the property, it's just a heads up if you aren't planning to spend all of your time in Benaulim.
