  As a whole, the place is authentic and charming

  Very homy feeling of the property, a lot of space, close to the seaside, very attentive host, immediate answer to any question you have

  The mattress in one bedroom is bumpy, looks like it’s due to a change

  Casa spaziosa e ben attrezzata, fresca anche in assenza di condizionatori, eventualmente erano presenti dei ventilatori. La signora Barbara super disponibile e gentilissima.

  Magnificent large house at an affordable price in an ideal location.

  The big plus for this property is its size and location. The house, traditional in construction with solid walls which keep you cool in hot weather, was well-equipped, clean, comfortable with plenty of room. It could not be more perfectly situated on the Capo Testa, with wonderful views, beaches, and nearby restaurants and cafés. The café at the end of the road near the lighthouse was particularly appreciated. Barbara and Luca were exceptionally good hosts, immediately attending to any small problems which arose. I would very happily come back.

  Some easy loungers for the outside terrace would have been appreciated. While the kitchen was satisfactorily equipped, there were a couple of items we could have done with, namely some large tea or coffee mugs (there were small expresso cups, as well as large plastic mugs) and a water boiler. There was an issue disposing of rubbish at the end of our stay due to the municipal waste disposal centre requiring one to have a municipal card to open the bins. It would be helpful to have a more satisfactory solution. Otherwise, everything was perfect.
