  Excellent Value for a Full-Service Hotel

  Highly Recommended! We had a fantastic stay at Misty Dale Luxury Resort & Spa. It offers all the top-tier amenities you would expect from a premium, full-service hotel but without the heavy premium costs. The property is well-located, making it incredibly easy to get around to nearby attractions. What Worked Well: * The Rooms & Cleanliness: The entire place is exceptionally clean. The room interiors feature high-quality modern finishes, and they are both incredibly spacious and beautifully decorated. The bathroom was spotless as well. * The Views: The absolute highlight of our stay was the spectacular view from our balcony—unmatched and breathtaking! * Exceptional Service: The staff members are incredibly helpful, attentive, and accommodating. They ensured we were well taken care of throughout our visit, from arranging local operators to serving a great breakfast. * Logistics: The location is in fantastic proximity to local restaurants and activities. Additionally, they seamlessly accepted international credit cards, making checkout simple.

  Areas for Consideration: * Spa Offerings: Given the "Resort & Spa" title, a small improvement would be to officially launch their dedicated spa packages. * Tour Partnerships: It would be highly beneficial if the property established formal partnerships with trusted tour operators to provide ready, upfront pricing—available to guests strictly upon request. Overall, the opportunity to secure a true 4-star feel is fully within reach with just these slight operational adjustments. We would absolutely stay here again!

  Outstanding !!!!

  We had taken a Family Suite wch was suitable for 7 of us , The property is loacted in a quite n peaceful location , a tad far away from Munnar but we had our Car with us so did not have a problem , The Manager Jini Abse made sure our saty was very comfortable and our special request for packed breakfast was daone without a hitch , would definately re visit the same property ..5 stars to our experience !!!!!

  Nothing in particular but dinner option were limited but i suppose this is due to GAS shortage but still were they managed it vey well ..

  Great views, perfectly situated.

  Staff very attentive, friendly. Views amazing. Rooms spacious.

  Swimming pool unusable. No chloride to treat water and notice up not to use if any cuts, blisters etc could catch infection (had mosquito bites) also says not to use if already have infection could make worse so although paid for pool it was safer not to use which was a shame. Put a couple items out for laundry got my own back but with someone else's mixed in, i gave them back obviously but on checkout charged Rs1000 which was abit excessive considering was only 5 light cotton items. Liked most things about this hotel but being unable to use pool on blistering hot days, let the whole thing down. Need to have water treated in pool. For that reason it didnt meet my expectations
