An Exceptional Stay – I Truly Felt Like a Queen!
Everything was exceptional, from confirming my booking to checking out. The staff were friendly, welcoming and professional. The place was beautiful, peaceful and well maintained, and my room was absolutely lovely. I was treated with so much care and hospitality that I genuinely felt like a queen. The entire experience exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely love to visit again.
There was absolutely nothing I didn't like. Everything was wonderful, and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. My only regret was that I stayed for just one night!

Everything was perfect.
Exceptional service from staff right across the board from reception to the golf cart drivers that deliver you and your luggage to your room and everywhere else, to the bar staff and dining room staff, all very friendly, professional and efficient, thank you so much. The rooms are large with a fabulous bathroom area and really good toiletries provided including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, hand cream and boxes of tissues. The rooms were spotless, including outside around door area - usually with beam and thatch places you will see some dust and spider webs - not one speck of of anything. Beds very comfortable, hairdrier provided, and a whole array of teas and coffee sachets, including hot chocolate, honey and rusks. Lovely pool and play areas, great little pub with fabulous outside area next to a small waterfall, and last but not least, amazing breakfast - everything you could possibly want. Continental ie. cheeses and cold meats, cereals, yoghurt, fruit and then eggs, bacon, sausages, chicken livers, beans etc, etc. Had an absolutely perfect omelette and scones with whipped cream and jam - absolutely delicious. Cannot fault anything and will definitely return. Highly recommend.

I loved how spacious and comfortable the room was. The food was exceptional as well.
Booking of activities was poor, very bad communication regarding the activities
