Mixed feelings.
I have mixed feelings about Misty Wonderland. The view is absolutely breathtaking, probably the best we experienced in the whole Yangshuo/Guilin area, and it really is the main reason to stay here. On the positive side, our room was very pleasant, spacious and comfortable, with a nice bed. So overall, the location and views are exceptional, but the facilities and service did not quite match our expectations.
Unfortunately, the arrival experience was disappointing. The staff were not particularly welcoming or attentive and seemed more interested in brushing us off than explaining anything about the hotel or the area. The property itself is also more limited than the photos suggest. There is no bar, no outdoor area where you can sit and enjoy a drink, and no swimming pool, despite some of the photos giving the impression that there is one. There is essentially just one indoor restaurant.

Unique experience with amazing views.
Great views, fantastic games room for adults and kids. Sophisticated and delicious food. Highly recommended 1-2 nights. All inclusive with transport and meals.
A bit remote from other activities.
