    The first time we stayed here, we had a great experience. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which is why we decided to book this place again. Unfortunately, our second stay was very disappointing. The cleanliness was nowhere near the same standard as before. The bedsheets did not appear to be clean, and after sleeping on them, my girlfriend developed intense itching and red spots on her skin. This has never happened to her before, so we were very concerned about the hygiene of the bedding. Clean linens should be a basic expectation for every guest. Another issue was the TV remote. It barely worked and was extremely frustrating to use. We reported the issue, and the staff did try to fix it by replacing the batteries, which we appreciated. However, after only about three days, the remote stopped working properly again. It became frustrating to keep dealing with the same issue for the rest of our stay. Something as simple as a functioning TV remote should not be an ongoing problem, especially during a longer stay. Overall, it felt like the quality of the accommodation had significantly declined since our first visit. We booked again because of the excellent experience we had previously, but this time we were disappointed by the lack of cleanliness, poor maintenance, and the apparent lack of attention to guest comfort. I hope the management takes these issues seriously and improves the cleanliness and maintenance of the property so that future guests can have the same positive experience we had during our first stay.

    It was ok we were able to sleep and relax

    The location and bed size is good

    No tissue No hand soap/cream No hand towel No pitcher it would have been a much better experience
