Great. Constructions around at the moment of stay.
Location: close to the Hauptbahnhof (Central station), so you could walk like 25 mins (which in Hannover always feels safe to do. We did it once), or you can take a taxi on one of the apps or outside of the station for I think €10 (?), can't remember exactly now, but that worked for our group of 4. Comfortable: really, we thought the beds were so comfortable. My mom and I slept together on the one im the living room and it was great! In general the place felt comfortable, even tho the kitchen and dining room are pretty small.
Nothing that I didn't like, but more like little notes to have in mind when booking here. It's on the 4th floor, so be prepared to go up with your bags. This was particularly hard for me because I helped my 3 companions (older ladies) up with their bags so this left me pretty dead and ready for bed. The washing machine is great, but small, so you'll likely have to do several loads. This will work just fine if you stay at least 2 nights (like us) or depending on when you arrive and how you plan your laundry. The laundry rack was broken on some parts. I think it would be beneficial to replace it and/or get an extra one, in case the amount of laundry is a lot from guests. As I mentioned before, the kitchen is small, so... just that as a note. All in all, even with the little notes above, we really liked it and we/I would stay here again.

Nette Unterkunft zentral
Zentrale Lage, Selbstverpflegung gut möglich. Alles sauber.
Es hat nach Nikotin gerochen. Der Vormieter hatte den Schlüssel eingesteckt, da war das Gefühl etwas unsicher über Nacht. Leider ist die Parkplatzsituation nicht gut. Das hatte ich anders gelesen. Entweder 1,30€/30min in Nebenstraße für max 2,5h oder Parkhaus. Wichtige Info: Elektroautos parken in Hannover bis 2029 für umsonst (mit Parkscheibe, max Parkdauer 2,5h)

Es war für unseren Aufenthalt alles vorhanden was man brauchte, wir hatten überwiegend nur zum schlafen dje unterkunft genutzt, es war sauber und Bettwäsche sowie Handtücher vorhanden, selbst kaffee und filtertüten. Sowie gab es nachfragen ob alles in ordnung sei während des Aufenthaltes. Es passte super
Teils waren die schubladen defekt und der duschschlauch nicht ganz heile, aber alles nicht so dramatisch
