    Lovely stay

    Lovely hotel. Very atmospheric. Staff were friendly and helpful. The food was excellent..lots of variety and beautifully presented

    Very enjoyable

    The evening meals, the location close to Whalley and Clliheroe, the suite, the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff

    Given the amount we paid, we thought there would be dressing gowns and slippers in the bedroom

    We would not stay there again

    Breakfast was fine, the bed was comfortable. The location and building very nice.

    The food we were served in the evening was no better than school dinners.
