The photos provided by the owner were very helpful.

The place was not clean at all. The toilet looked like a public restroom, with urine on the toilet seat. The downstairs bed and blanket were covered in dust when we tried to set up the bedding. We did not stay in the house at all. We booked another property about 100 meters away and left as soon as we realized how dirty and unpleasant the property was.
