  Lots of promises very little delivered

  The room was lovely and the we're welcoming on arrival. Didn't see them after that

  Unfortunately, this stay was very disappointing and nowhere near what we expected. The champagne advertised as being included with our room was never provided. We asked about it and were initially told it was coming with breakfast, but it still didn’t arrive. We were then told that they hadn’t ordered any. A simple goodwill gesture or suitable replacement would have been appreciated. The food service was also extremely poor. On the first night, our food arrived lukewarm. We ordered again on another occasion and waited around two hours, only for the food to arrive completely cold. We refused it. The pool was also not as expected. We understood from the description that it was available to guests, but we were told it was for one room only. There were also basic issues with the room. We weren’t given any extra toilet roll, and once the small bins were full, there was nowhere to put our rubbish. Breakfast was another disappointment. We waited around 20 minutes before anyone even acknowledged us. There appeared to be just one poor guy trying to run everything himself. No coffee or juice was offered, and the overall breakfast experience was very poor. There were lots of explanations and excuses throughout our stay. Communication was only through WhatsApp, so thankfully we have kept all of the messages. Overall, this was not the standard we expected at all. There were plenty of opportunities for the hotel to put things right with even a small gesture of goodwill, but unfortunately that didn’t happen. Very disappointing.

  It is an exceptional location, clean, well equipped, rich and very varied breakfast and the staff is very kind and attentive to the customers. It has an amazing terrace with a view of Cappadocia. Thank you!

  Excellent

  Excellent value for money: a clean, spacious and very comfortable place to stay, with exceptionally kind staff, wonderful terrace with city view, good wifi . Breakfast is truly outstanding — homemade, generous, delicious, and with absolutely everything you could wish for.

  A terrace umbrella would be a great addition, allowing guests to use the space comfortably even when the weather is not ideal.
