  SERIOUS SAFETY WARNING – READ BEFORE BOOKING - THE WORST EXPERIENCE

  🚨 SERIOUS SAFETY WARNING – READ BEFORE BOOKING 🚨 We left this property after just one night because of what we considered serious risks to our health and safety. The issues described below were documented with photos, written correspondence, and an official record relating to the attendance of the Greek police. We are a couple travelling without children, but after seeing the conditions at this property, we would be particularly concerned for families travelling with young children. ⚠️ SERIOUS SAFETY CONCERNS Outdoor electric water heater: The electric water heater (WILCO K60), apparently intended for indoor/protected installation, was installed outside, inside what appeared to be a makeshift metal enclosure. Most concerning of all, the host instructed us in writing to unplug the water heater before taking a shower. For us, being told to disconnect an electrical appliance before bathing immediately raised serious questions about the safety of the installation. Exposed/unprotected electrical wiring near water: An unsecured electrical cable was hanging next to the kitchen sink, only centimetres away from running water. Gas cylinders exposed to direct summer sun: Two gas cylinders, which appeared to us to be in poor condition, were stored in direct summer sunlight immediately against the wall of the house. On 10 July, Greek police attended the property. Following their attendance, the owner was required to remove the cylinders immediately. For us, this was the point at which there was simply no reasonable justification for staying another night. 🛑 THE PROPERTY DID NOT MATCH WHAT WE BELIEVED WE HAD BOOKED Misleading photographs: Some photographs used in the listing appeared to show a different house, rather than the accommodation we were actually given. No private garden as expected: What was presented as a “private house with a garden” was in reality part of a shared concrete outdoor area with another house.

  Veoma cisto, komforno. To nije neki mali aprtman to je kuca u kojoj mozete da zivite. Opremljenost apartmana je za mene facinantna. Bukvalno neke sitnice nemam u svom stanu koje smo ovde imali. Mir , tisina, cisto , uredno.

  Jedina mana koja nema veze sa apartmanom je neasflatirana ulica u kojoj se kuca nalazi. Ne bi to naveo kao manu apartmana vec infrastukturni problem same opstine.
