We were somewhat disappointed in our stay here. The bathroom smelled and the bedroom AC was loud.
The location was pretty good. It was a bit of a walk to the main tourist destinations, but that meant it was quieter. There were a couple non-touristy restaurants around the corner, and a nice farmer's market down the block that was not focused on tourists. The living area was a nice size, though the kitchen was cozy. The host left some snacks and coffee packets for us.
There's an occasional smell of a sewer line because the drain from the bathroom sink to the sewer is made of flexible hose and does not have a deep enough U-bend to prevent foul smelling air from coming into the bathroom every so often. There seems to be a bit of mold in the shower. (See photos) The bedroom was small, just big enough for the bed. The washing machine only came with two soap packets for a five night stay. There's a small portable AC unit in the bedroom that is quite loud and the hose to the outside is not well sealed, leading to some hot air returning into the bedroom. The hose is also not well connected to the machine, and came off when I tried to rotate the machine. (See photos)

Die Unterkunft liegt recht zentral und alles fußläufig. Die hat alles, was man für eine Reise braucht. Besonders gibt es schon bereits Wasser und Snacks, wenn man in die Unterkunft kommt. Alles so unkompliziert. Der Gastgeber Marco ist sehr freundlich und schnell erreichbar.
Die Wohnung wirkt etwas feucht. Man müsste häufig lüften.

L’appartamento è piccolino ma funzionale, i servizi funzionano bene, è in una posizione ottima e l’host si è reso disponibile a qualsiasi necessità o richiesta. Se mi capitasse di tornare a Roma, sicuramente tornerei qui! Super consigliato!
