    Far from ideal

House DOES NOT have regular AC despite claiming it does! It's noticely dated, uncomfortably musty, and hot. If you're going in a season where that matters it might be worth booking elsewhere. Host is unhelpful at best. House is a good value besides for those very big issues

    Very good

Many plates and dishes. Many beds. Good location. Nice and clean for the most part.

Only 1 bathroom downstairs. Some items were damaged, but not fixed. Downstairs shower curtain too short. Upstairs shower drains not draining well. Found few mousetraps inside the property. BBQ grill dirty. Grill brush didn't work well... need better brush.
