A comfortable beachfront stay with friendly staff and great facilities, although breakfast could be improved.
We had a very pleasant stay. The room was comfortable, the bed was great and the staff were friendly. The towel swan prepared for our arrival was a lovely touch. We particularly appreciated the facilities available to guests, including beach towels, reef shoes, snorkelling equipment, kayaks and paddleboards. The beachfront location is beautiful, and you can enjoy a lovely walk along the beach towards the turtle swimming area. The room also had a Smart TV, and paid laundry facilities were available, which is convenient for longer stays.
Breakfast was the main disappointment. It was very basic and repetitive, with limited options such as bread for toast, milk and coffee. Extras like pancakes or a cappuccino came at an additional cost. The bathroom toiletries could also be improved. Although the beachfront location is lovely, the beach was extremely windy throughout our stay, so we barely got to enjoy it. This may simply have been due to the weather conditions during our visit. We could occasionally hear other guests, although nothing excessive. Some renovations were also taking place, and our room was initially missing a table, which was added later. Finally, as reception was closed when we arrived, we paid NZ$75 for the airport transfer and after-hours check-in arrangements.

Fabulous place to stay would definitely stay there if we come back to Rarotonga.
Right on the beachfront! Very spacious and light, loved the balcony looking over the reef and the outdoor furniture was very comfortable.
There wasn’t anything that we didn’t like about the property.
