Posizione eccellente e host disponibilissimo, con qualche dettaglio da migliorare.
La posizione è eccellente, in pieno centro, ideale per visitare Sofia a piedi e comoda per i mezzi pubblici. L’appartamento è stato recentemente ristrutturato, è complessivamente pulito e dispone di una vera e propria cabina doccia (cosa che mi è sembrata piuttosto rara negli alloggi a Sofia!) Alex si è dimostrato estremamente gentile, disponibile e tempestivo nel risolvere un paio di piccoli inconvenienti iniziali. 🫶
Mi è mancata un po’ una zona relax, che forse si potrebbe ricavare con un buon divano letto al posto del letto tradizionale. Il tavolino è collocato in una posizione un po’ sacrificata e manca uno spazio dove appoggiare le stoviglie dopo averle lavate. Il lenzuolo inferiore era troppo corto e tendeva a sfilarsi durante la notte, ma soprattutto, il materasso presentava delle macchie e, per una questione di igiene, avrei gradito la presenza di un coprimaterasso.

Location was perfect.
It is an old building. The water tank broke down one night. The management had it fixed the next day.

Great location, walkable to the metro and all central areas. Quiet side street. I was only there for one night for work, so I didn’t spend a lot of time in the apartment, but it has everything you need for a short stay.
I gave some recommendations on maintaining the place.
