    Disappointing. Left after one night as too noisy and uncomfortable.

    Parking was easy, nice location by the canal path.

    Covered in scaffolding, ground floor location right by main door to whole block which was banging loudly constantly at all hours as people came in and out. Noisy people in flat above late at night. Sparsely furnished and equipped. Problem with hot water kindly resolved by the alternative contact who was in Reading! Not happy with security of having a patio door entrance.
