    Mould

    Location

    Really bad smell of mould our whole stay which affected my chest. I had to go and buy bleach and spent the first 2 days of my holiday removing mould and black slime from all of the tile grout, sealant, black taps and shower. I removed it all, when I informed the owner she apologised but I was insulted to just be offered £2.50 for the bleach! There was the previous holiday makers spit in the bottom of the toothbrush holder as well and the neighbouring car alarm was going off for 2 nights. It was 30c in the apartment, but we couldn't use the fan as it had months of dirt/dust on the blades. Such a shame as its a nice property and the decor is lovely, the rest is clean, but this has been handled very badly, mould is a health and safety issue and should not be taken lightly and I should not have had to do this for the first 2 days of my holiday. Raised a complaint with booking.com

    A cosy stay in an idyllic part of wales

    Nice and cosy, small but exactly what I wanted for a solo trip. Perfect for a couples short stay. Everything you need, very well kitted out kitchen as well with much more than you usually find in stays like this!

    The oven has an issue, but it was fixed very promptly and the communication with the owner was exceptionally great!
