    A spotless, comfortable apartment in a really convenient location for the U.S. Embassy and getting a

    I stayed here with my mum as we needed somewhere close to the U.S. Embassy, and the location was perfect — it was genuinely within easy walking distance. The apartment was spotless, had everything we needed for our stay, and the bed was really comfortable. It was also very convenient for getting around London, with easy access to the Underground and other transport links, plus plenty of restaurants and places to eat nearby.

    demoraram muito pra me devolver o calção, e quando devolveram, erraram a moeda e o preço da conversão comeu parte do dinheiro. fiquei com muita raiva, nao recomendo, são muito atrapalhados, não possuem recepção, não confiam no cliente e não respondem rápido.

    FOUND A HIDDEN KNIFE UNDER THE BED, WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

    FOUND A KNIFE HIDDEN UNDER THE BED, the same knife that we reported missing on day 1 from the knife set in the kitchen, clearly someone else felt unsafe as well and had kept it for safety, yet highlights how the place isn’t cleaned thoroughly after every guest leaves, felt unsafe during the entire stay, there was a persistent smell throughout the property due to the dirty toilet brush bowel in the bathroom, felt unsafe due to random men standing under the building right in front of the door who could easily see the code to the enter the building and after all of this when we raised our concerns to the property manager he told us to stop lying about the these concerns said that we were making them up and that he could have us forcefully removed from the property if we mentioned the concerns again. Truly a pathetic stay, had to leave 4 days into our 12 day stay and wouldn’t even get a refund even though the issues were very well present.
