    Could do better

Clean enough, although carpet a bit grubby

No mattress protector or pillow case protectors , not nice !!!! Marks on the pillow ( very cheap pillows) Only 2 towels , no hand towel. Expecting toiletries, only 1 teeny tiny bottle of shampoo & conditioner for 1 use and a weeny disc of soap. 1 bowl that we could have cereal in . Very depleted on cutlery . Big open bin, no lid . Table needs replacing . All smallish things but it makes one feel the owner doesn't really care .could be really nice if these things were put right For over £400 for 4 nights, I'd expect better . .

Flat was very hot and leaving windows open meant there was lots of road noise. No fans were available. Bed was very uncomfortable and basics only provided.

    Disappointed

    There was nothing to like

Carpet in the bedroom was stained and grubby Dining table surface was damaged and unappealing to use Kitchen waste bin was lidless with an open sack-not acceptable particularly given the hot weather Cutlery provision was inadequate and poor quality Toilet cleaning brush unusable and very smelly Car parking allocation not in the apartment block area - actually in an adjacent buildings car park

    費用対効果は平均的です。

    お部屋は簡素ですが、暮らしやすい設計になっていました。静かな環境でした。

    2週間ステイしましたが、シャンプー等はありませんでした。タオルにシミがあり使う前に洗濯が必要でした。
