  Staff were really helpful and able to accommodate a delayed arrival. Check in and check out information was sent in a timely manner and was clear to follow. The apartment was clean and spacious with modern furniture, a large bed and huge TV. Lots of natural light and a wonderful view of both the city and Albert Park/Fawkner Park.

  Kitchen could have more utensils and cooking equipment. Bedroom window has a broken latch and doesn't close properly. There is a lot of road noise, even during the night and this might be difficult for some. Blinds let in a lot of light and are easy to see through.

  A conveniently located, clean & comfortable modern apartment

  Location a short walk from the Arts Precinct was wonderful. I chose to walk to Flinders St Station each day to attend my workshop. Having Woolworths across the road was very convenient as I did not rent a car. The brand new Sealy Posturepedic mattress on the bed was extremely comfortable. The modern kitchen & bathroom with front loader washing machine was lovely for a 3 week stay.

  Because the apartment has windows that can be opened (which I like), the double glazing does not work & there is definitely a traffic noise factor. The sheer blinds do not block out any light so I was very glad I brought my earbuds & eye mask for sleeping!

  Great location

  Nice location, 10min walking to the river side. The building facilities were great, outdoor swimming pool and a small gym. The apartment is well equipped, with washing machine, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, toaster and kettle. The bed is comfortable.

  The couch and cushions need a good cleaning, they didn’t smell great. The bedroom blinds let in all the light. The check ing/check out is a bit annoying. We had to pick up the keys at a different location, only 5/10min walking though.

  Very clean apartment with all the amenities you could need, including utensils, washing detergent etc. Comfortable bed, excellent location close to shops and really great communication from the staff.

  Blinds in the bedroom didn't block much in the way of light, but this was the only fault.

  The property was close to the cbd and the room was clean. Overall, it was comfortable and felt just like home.

  Easy access to the cbd

  We stayed 3 weeks total but there was no cleaning
