Terrible soundproofing, but maybe a great spot for very sound sleepers
This is a lovely space and a very convenient location!
Sadly, this apartment has the worst soundproofing I've experienced in a long time. I could hear the conversations taking place above me, heard every sound coming from the TV, and every step people took. I'm a light sleeper and struggle to fall asleep, so this was a huge issue for my comfort. Even earplugs weren't enough to help drown out the noise. I don't even think the upstairs neighbors were being unreasonably loud--there's just no soundproofing. I finally got to sleep one night after midnight only to be awakened at 4:55 am by someone having a shower with the sound of the water in the pipes loud enough to wake me up. Sadly, I won't be able to stay here again.

Séjour confortable et très plaisant ! Propriétaire disponible et très réactif !
L'appartement est très propre et très confortbale. L'environnement global est sécutaire et très plaisant. Le responsable de la propriété est très réactif et répond rapidement aux demandes des occupants.

It was perfect and I felt safe and at home. I will absolutely come back! Thank you both so much!
They were very kind and helpful when I arrived late. I am not used to lock boxes so I felt a bit silly not being able to figure it out but they were right there ready to help! I appreciated it so much!
Phone signal wasn't the strongest but that's only because it's a basement and that's really to be expected. Sugar for tea and coffee would be great!
