    Good rent for someone without a vehicle and staying a short time.

    Location was great for someone who likes nightlife and easy access to the mall. The welcome basket was a very nice touch and unexpected. We greatly appreciated that touch.

    I did not receive entry instructions without contacting the owner. The security did not have our name and sent us to another group of buildings. I had to talk about the issues with access with someone in Australia. Parking was not available without extensive efforts. I’m not able to walk long distances because of hip surgery and regardless of what the description states, private is not available. The description should state that limited private parking may be available but not guaranteed. Large bed was very hard and uncomfortable, bed springs could be felt.

    Location near mall

    The guard is rude. Me comming from a travel and just want to relax and finish some work to do.. then there are lots of vacant parking but didnot assist properly if they just want to pay in advance for the parking fee its no problem being rude to guest is a negative

    Other then delay at check in,everything was wonderful,host have us a very nice giftbasket the day be

    Guard downstairs on first arrival did not know how to check us in it took about 10 min.before he found the copy of our passports,that we had provided,long before our arrival,after we had explained that he started looking and found the copy and verified it against our passports,then we were able to go to our room ,I think he did not speak good English enough to understand us,he kept on asking for the cell phone nr.of the Host,at the beginning,which we did not have,but when the guard from Tower A came over,we got it resolved

    Overall, great stay

    Clean and functional

    Plastic cover on the mattress Crqcked tiles on the CR (although it was covered with a small carpet)
