  Good location, clean, parking in yard.

  While the property is advertised with air conditioning, the single unit is located exclusively in the kitchen. The apartment's layout completely prevents the cool air from reaching the bedrooms. Because the bedrooms face Brīvības iela, which is heavily trafficked and very loud, opening the windows for a draft is not a realistic alternative for cooling the rooms down at night. The furnishings throughout the apartment are extremely spartan. The living room functions essentially as a sparsely furnished second bedroom, containing only a sofa bed and a single shelf, with no actual conversational seating. The only communal gathering space is the kitchen, which has a table with four chairs. The television is also located in the kitchen, mounted very high on a wall arm, making it uncomfortable to sit and watch. Sleep comfort in the master bedroom was lacking due to the bed setup. The mattress was uneven and placed in a low wooden frame, accompanied by very basic, flat, and lumpy pillows and blankets.

  All seemed fine at first, but after seeing blood drop stain on the bedsheet, I removed all bedsheets and realize that they are all yellow on the mattress; but not some areas, nearly whole surface was yellow; in other words, sweat stain. But this kind of stain cannot happen in 2 days, or 2 months, it is maybe months; sweat over sweat, and it was disgusting. I informed the staff, they said they would bring new bed and pillows but we only got blankets. I checked out 2 days earlier because I couldn’t stand anymore. According to them, they used to make the mattress clean regularly, but stains resist which is not possible (when you see the whole surface). Even if this is true, then you should then change all them; you cannot expect people to sleep in this dirt

  Mieszkanie bardzo czyste i dobrze wyposażone. Kontakt z właścicielem perfekcyjny. Pomocne instrukcje do zameldowania się. Zaletą jest też zamykany wewnętrzny parking. Gorąco polecam!
