    The property is in a great location. It's very well connected by public transport to various strategic points, especially the tube line that reaches the city center near Tower Bridge and the London Eye in just a few minutes. I liked that the beds were comfortable, even though it might not seem like it at first, but they are actually very comfortable. I liked that the apartment was well-equipped with all the basic necessities, and that just a few minutes' walk away are grocery stores, shops like Iceland, Co-op, Savers, a pharmacy, and more. Another thing I liked, and that I wasn't expecting, was the helpfulness of Rebby, the owner of the house. He was always available for anything we needed.

    Poorly maintained place

    Pictures are all not updated. The place needs major renovation and repairs. Lights, toilets, furniture, alll have issues.The stairs are very narrow and very steep, dangerous for children, and difficult for passing travel bags . It has been poorly maintained. The street is an old residential area that doesnt feel safe or comfortable, not at all suitable for tourists. We had to cancel our booking and move to another Area. We tried to negotiate a refund but we lost most of our booking money.

    Cool and climate apartment.

    No problem at all, and very supportive carrying assistance. Comfort stay with no issues
