  WORST EXPERIENCE - EVERYTHING DISGUSTING AND DIRTY. UNRESPONSIVE HOST. / FINGER WEG!!

  Our stay at this apartment was unfortunately our worst experience ever. Upon arrival, the apartment was clearly dirty: the beds and sheets had hair and stains, and the towels were unclean. We even had to wash the towels and the bed linen ourselves on the day of arrival just to feel able to sleep there without a disgusting feeling. There were popcorn pieces on the carpets, and the living room carpet had large visible stains. Kitchen utensils, dishes, cutlery, and glasses were sticky and dirty, and we had to clean everything ourselves. The washing machine was dirty, the iron contained stagnant water with mold, and the kitchen sponge was obviously used. The balcony door was defective and did not lock properly, causing it to slam open multiple times in strong winds. Additionally, the garage sensor did not work, forcing us to park outside and have someone open the garage manually each time. The apartment and building felt cheap and unstable, with floors that bent underfoot and the whole building swaying noticeably during windy Boston days. The interior was so spartan that even the curtains were made of paper, making it impossible to open or close them at all. The host was largely unresponsive and unhelpful. He barely answered calls or messages, ignored our complaints, and even implied that we caused the dirt. When we provided photo evidence of the apartment’s condition, he reacted defensively and did not acknowledge the issues. There was no apology or serious attempt to resolve the problems. Booking took the matter seriously and provided a small partial refund, but the host refused any refund or further communication. Conclusion: The photos on Booking.com are misleading; nothing in the apartment matches the presented standard. The place is cheap, dirty, uncomfortable, and the host uncooperative. We strongly advise against staying here.

  Modern, clean, uncluttered. Self check-in. Parking garage.

  Very good

  I was in town for a conference and I found this location. I am familiar with Quincy, so when I saw this property on booking I was like definitely staying there. As for the accommodations, this is a newer property, so the decor made sense and I'm certain as time goes on more and more will be added. There were a couple of very minor issues, however, I just texted the owner and they responded quickly and resolved my concerns. For the location, a 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment with a quiet balcony, quick access to the beach or Boston, walkable to the downtown area of Quincy with all the restaurants, cleanliness and safety, you can't really beat. Next time I'm in town I look forward to booking here again. Overall a wonderful experience.
