Good location but underwhelming apartment
The location
I didn't think it was good value for money and was a little disappointed. A couple of the rooms - kitchen and bathroom were immaculate and impressive but other parts of the apartment were a little shoddy. There was a big bit of chunky cabling out the front and the windows for one room didn't look shut properly from the outside; something we couldn't solve inside. Blinds in both bedrooms had a couple that were broke or bent so light came in early in the morning. (Didn't take a pic of the broken one unfortunately) We didn't find the sofa or beds comfy and there were some people living above that were really noisy. One of the chairs in the living space was all torn up and there was a cupboard with loads of cabling stopping it from shutting that wasn't great for young kids. Little things like a tub of coffee by the kettle looked like a good offer at first but then inside there was not many beans and they'd all dried up - attention to detail that could have been better. The door wasn't the easiest to lock and i don't think the instructions married up with what was needed to do. Also a few stains here and there and marks on the ceiling.

Spacious modern looking house.
The house is done up to the modern standart, spacious, comfortable beds.
Being modern it’s still old house with uneven floors. There’s not enough kitchen supplies. Furniture is worn out and ripped. Walls needs to get a fresh paint. Not quite luxury as advertised.
