    The environment was serene, accommodation properly maintained. More like a new apartment. Great amenities within reach and Lola, was supportive when I called.

    Beautiful house & perfect for our one night get away

    Sadly the promotion of ‘2 bed property in Ipswich’ isn’t at all accurate and the pin on the map is also inaccurate. It is located in Shotley and a distance from the pin on the map 😕

    Sadly, one of us got badly bitten by something, most probably bedbugs whilst staying at this property. Over 60 bites appeared overnight and have been incredibly itchy ever since. The bites are the size, shape and pattern of bedbugs. Horrible experience. This was bad enough but the host handled this complaint really badly by essentially denying it and refusing compensation or any kind of refund, which has made the whole experience really disappointing. We have now escalated this with booking.com.
