    A spacious and well-equipped apartment in a perfect location

    The apartment was very spacious and fairly well-equipped. The location, the beautiful balcony, and the two bathrooms were major pluses. The kitchen was adequately equipped. Communication with the owner went smoothly and all instructions were clear.

    The apartment is located on the third floor and the elevator didn't work at all during our stay. The air conditioning wasn't working in one of the rooms and there was a broken chair at the dining table.

    Die Lage ist super.

    Die Wohnung war nicht für 5 Personen vorbereitet (nur 4 Stühle, 1 große Bettdecke pro Doppelbett). Der Vermieter bzw. die im Auftrag von 360 Estates handelnden Personen ignorieren jegliche Nachricht. Kontaktaufnahme nicht möglich.

    Lägenheten har 2 sovrum och 2 badrum, som passade bra för 6 pers. Tillhör till en Residence med många lägenheter, som ligger mycket centralt, gångavstånd till hamnen och alla restauranger/barer. Bra kommunikation med 360 estate.

    Hissen fungerade inte och lägenheten låg på 3e våning, så tyvärr fick vi bära våra väskor. Vi frågade ansvarig personal och de sa att de kommer fixa hissen, men det blev aldrig. Därefter fick vi höra från en granne att hissen har inte fungerat på ett par månader.
