  The apartment is excellent, spacious, comfortable and well equipped for a pleasant stay. It is also very clean and looks better than in photos. It is located in a quiet neighbourhood, but very close to the lively center of Nea Smyrni with lots of shops, cafes, restaurants, bakeries, etc. It is also located 3 mins from the public transport stations, which makes visits to both downtown Athens and beaches very convenient. The communication with the owner was smooth, she was kind and responsive. We would definitely come back again and recommend this apartment to others.

  There were toys in the apartments which was really helpful for a 2 y.o. kid! Also a public transport station nearby, 10 mins to Edem beach, a very tasty pastry 2 mins away and a playground. ACs in every room which was soo helpful in July.

  Τέλειο κατάλυμα,κοντά σε στάση τραμ,μια ανάσα από Το κεντρο.Ολα ήταν πεντακάθαρα με πολύ άνετους χώρους και εξοπλισμένο με πολλές συσκευές.Βεράντα μεγάλη και το πάρκινγκ στην οικοδομή μας βοήθησε γιατί η περιουσία είναι λίγο πυκνοκατοικημένη.Ολα ήταν τέλεια και πιστεύω στην επόμενη εκδρομή προς Αθήνα θα το ξανά προτιμήσω.

  Excellent apartment with great facilities, a lovely terrace, and a convenient location for exploring

  **What I liked:** We were a group of three friends and had a wonderful stay. The apartment was beautiful, exceptionally clean, and very well maintained. The location was excellent, making it easy to get around and explore the area. One of the highlights was the terrace, where we enjoyed breakfast on our first morning. It was a lovely space to relax and added a lot to our overall experience. **What could be improved:** There was no hot water on the second day, and we had to contact the owner to find out how to turn it on. This was resolved quickly, but it would be helpful if instructions were included in the welcome information. Additionally, the third sofa bed appeared to be slightly damaged or worn, and one of our friends had to make adjustments to sleep comfortably during the stay. Overall, we had a great experience and would happily stay here again.

  Instructions of hot water system was missing and also Sofa bed needs some repair.
