Bonjour Oui très bien à part les bip pour l’ascenseur nous en avions que 1 alors que nous étions 4, ce qui nous a causé pas mal de soucis! En effet le service de sécurité de l’hôtel ne voulait pas faire rentrer mes enfants! à plusieurs reprises, nous étions obligés de descendre ou venir à l’hôtel quand nous étions à l’extérieur car même par téléphone, il ne voulait rien savoir! J’ai fait une réclamation ds ce sens et je n’est eut aucun retour. A part sa tout le reste etait parfait. Merci

Muy buena opcion para quedarse en TLV pero OJO con las observaciones que puse.
La ubicacion sin duda es un Plus. El Balcon es un gran atractivo. La propiedad tiene muy buena vista y es muy comoda y bonita. El estacionamiento es comodo, a pesar de no ser de tan facil acceso.
El edificio esta en remodelacion por lo que el Balcon estaba sucio. El baño secundario tenia problema con el drenaje del agua y a pesar de reclamarlo varias veces no fue hasta el ultimo dia que vienieron a repararlo. La comunicacion con HolyGuest no fue fluida, solo cuado insisti me llamo la Manager para resolver.
