Extremely bad
Location proximity to the University. Ninth floor. Nothing else.
Place was beyond dirty. Bed and bed linens had stains and hairs from previous guests. Windows and fly screens dirty, walls dirty with various marks, Carpets dirty and stained everywhere, toilets dirty. We spent time and money to clean everything first and then bought our own bedding because we could not sleep in what was provided. Bed mattresses are dirty stained and worn out . They are extremely uncomfortable On top of that the apartment is off the busy road. Building is in the courtyard, but we could hear traffic and sirens all night long. Sleep is impossible.

Great location and lovely light filled space
Lovely light filled apartment with great bedding and bathroom facilities. Easy walk to station and shops. Adequate kitchen supplies and exceptionally clean. Secure underground parking perfect in rainy weather and easy to access.
