Great weekend stay and ideal for a small group. Clean, comfortable and close to buses, supermarkets and restaurants.
There was plenty of space, a large bathroom and huge garden. The host was very informative and helpful.
The kitchen was small but manageable. Birmingham has an issue with bins so there was no recycling bin available and the black bin was full.

Just what we needed while visiting family nearby.
This property is a great value if you are looking for an inexpensive base for exploring, visiting family, or a place to stay for an extended business trip. The host was very responsive and we had no issues during our stay. The location is in a quiet neighborhood but close to public transport (buses, trains) that can get you anywhere in the region. Solihull rail station is 5 minutes drive away, and a train to central London takes less than 2 hours. The kitchen is small so don't plan on cooking a banquet, but there's a large back yard/garden if you need it. We would definitely stay here again

Exceptional
We had a wonderful stay at Cozy Homes! The decor was absolutely lovely, creating a cozy and welcoming atmosphere for our family. The house was spacious, with plenty of room for everyone to relax, and the dedicated workspace(the dining room) was a huge plus for me to get some work done during our stay. Alan was an outstanding host—friendly, attentive, and always available to answer any questions we had. He truly went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. We couldn't have asked for a better experience, and we would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a perfect house for a family of 4 or 5. We’ll definitely be back!
