    We would recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable base with good city access.

    A well appointed, modern property set in a quiet and peaceful private estate — it’s hard to believe you’re so close to the city centre! The location is excellent, with the local Metro station just a few minutes’ walk away, making it very easy to get around. The property was clean, tidy and very well presented when we arrived. The property management company were also excellent — proactive, responsive and supportive throughout our stay.

    Only a few minor points, none of which detracted significantly from our stay. The front door lock was a little loose and the door needed a firm push to close securely. We also found that the water in the en-suite shower was quite slow to drain away. Bath mats in both bathrooms would also be a useful addition. We raised these points with the property management company, who were responsive and confirmed that the issues would be addressed.

    Comfortable stay in well-designed house

    Well-equipped kitchen. Washer-dryer. Comfortable beds. Chest of drawers and wardrobes (with coat hangers). Good shower in ensuite. Formal dining and comfortable sofas in open plan downstairs. Parking. Key box. Walking distance of metro. Three toilets including one downstairs. Quiet location. (Didn't use it, but there is also an enclosed garden laid to lawn.)

    Minor maintenance issues e.g. freezer shelves broken, bathroom door lock broken. Only just enough crockery/cutlery. Buzzing noise disturbed sleep at night - but could turn it off using one of the switches by the downstairs toilet.
