Well sited Walkley property
This is a well sited property with reasonable street parking. It was exceptionally clean and the beds were comfortable with decent quality linen. Plenty of hot water and having 2 toilets was helpful. Communication with owner was prompt.
We only really used the property for breakfast/sleeping as we were visiting family nearby. However the quality of the dining and lounge furniture was not brilliant hence the value for money score.

We made the best of oj
The location was very good
The shower seal was moldy, The freezer at the top of the celar stairs was totaly frozen up, there was gaps in the kitchen laminate floor, the shower towels provided were hard, the garden was more weeds than garden, And also we had to move properties as our original house was double booked but the host never alerted to this until the day before we traveled meaning we had to take the property the host offered us as it was a bank holiday weekend, unfortunately this property only had one bathroom unlike our original property which had got 2 bathrooms

Great stay
Perfect stay for a 5 day competition. Really sweet house. Had a kitchen, living room, and own rooms rather than cramming into a single hotel room. The kitchen was well equipped and there were consumables such as dish soap, garbage bags, toilet paper, laundry detergent and basic toiletries also provided. Host communication was excellent and almost immediate and when my swimmer made finals they kindly extended the check out time so she could rest. Also there was not the same expectation of having to clean the entire place top to bottom as in AirBNB. Will deffo stay again.
Nothing I didn't like however worth knowing that the house is a 10+ (depending on your speed) walk up a steep hill. Was tricky with my weak calves but after a few walks my stronger legs thank you. Would not stop us from staying again.
