Great location, huge apartment, fantastic views, some internal work needed.

Location and size of the apartment.

Air con in master bedroom didn’t work well so couldn’t use room to sleep in . Lots of lights and plug sockets not working. Sunbed mattresses dirty and damaged. Front balcony fly screen has large holes in. It was a little tired and lacked some TLC!
