    The stay was decent but had some poor quality items that caused us to buy extra storage .

    Great neighborhood and location

    There were a lot of items that were advertised that were not present and lack of communication with host to resolve issues

    Not as expected

    The property manager did answer the phone

    I’m honestly very disappointed and upset by this experience. The property did not match the listing at all. The furniture looked nothing like the photos, which clearly need to be updated. The exterior was run-down, and the driveway was difficult to access. What was most concerning was the condition inside. My family began itching shortly after arriving, and we noticed very small black bugs that may have been fleas. It made us extremely uncomfortable and worried about our safety and cleanliness. The televisions did not work, which added to the frustration. When I reached out to the property manager, they were not helpful and seemed completely unaware of the condition of the property. When I asked about a refund, I was simply told to contact the booking platform. Because of all of this, we could not stay. We left shortly after arriving and had to find another place to stay, which was stressful and upsetting for my family
