Raising concerns with owner led to dismissal and an assertion that you were just complaining
Cosmetically, the house is modern and nicely decorated
Big issues-house door from garage would not close at all and so house and personal items felt vulnerable as well as letting the night time cold in, no heater in downstairs front bedroom and so it was very cold by night, there were ants in upstairs bedroom and in my son’s bed, wifi didn’t work last 3 days of our 5 day stay Small issues- front garden overgrown, toaster handle fell off with every use, bathroom door would not lock for privacy

You really made us feel comfortable, safe, and welcome like staying in our own home. We also want to say that your property is beautiful, very comfortable, and extremely well prepared. We really love cleanliness, and almost every day we cleaned and kept the house tidy because it already felt like our own home. Everything we needed was available, and we genuinely enjoyed every moment staying there. Thank you as well for being understanding and helping us with everything. We are very happy everything ended well, and we leave Melbourne with many beautiful and memorable experiences. We are now continuing our journey to Sydney and hope everything goes smoothly too. Thank you again for all your kindness and warm wishes. We will definitely recommend your property to our friends and family, and hopefully one day we can come back again and stay in one of your beautiful new properties. It was close to the City and shops. The host was very helpful.
The cleaning of the house could be improved. The internal and external tables were dirty. Someone who rented the place before us left a band aid on top of bathrooms shower taps. Overall, it was ok.
