    Location good, nice quiet street, and parking available. Rooms ok, beds generally comfortable.

    A bit tired in places, which would be fine, but there were a few others bits which were disappointing, also. Kitchen/diner area: one stained chair, one broken chair, stained settee, no oven gloves (although they were on one of the pictures on the website), tea towel smelled like it hadn't been changed in a while. Freezer doors broken i(nside), someone had left a cafetiere with some weird tea leaves in the bottom, not clear if the bins were supposed to be used for recycling, and patio doors wouldn't open (three of us tried!), and it was roasting in there! Plus TV hadn't been set up for normal channels. No instructions on what to do with the rubbish bag, as no sign of a wheelie bin. The website also made it look like there were 2 toilets, but there wasn't.
