  Heating doesn't work

  The dimensions of the house are impressive spacious rooms. Lovely kitchen. It's not long been renovated so everything feels relatively new. It gives bachelor pad vibes inside.

  The heating didnt work it was cold everyone ended up sleeping in clothes because it was so cold that everything felt damp. Contacted the owner who came out saying it needed topping up and resetting he left without testing the heating would come on. Sent him another message later he said sorry for inconvenience can't get an engineer till Monday. This was Saturday. Heating isn't really a convenience its a basic requirement so it was both frustrating and disappointing this hadn't been checked and maintained and was left feeling like he knew Saturday morning he couldnt get it to work and did/said nothing. We were only there for the weekend so no idea if he did get it repaired. We left feeling annoyed and like picking holes in everything else about the house window locks on 3rd floor dont work so not safe for children. Hand held shower doesn't work only overhead. All taps are set up cold to hot wrong way to indicated on the taps. Not enough seats in lounge for size of house. No instructions about rubbish. Bins outside overflowing. Bikers coming and going till midnight. House has zero curb appeal. Abandoned shopping trolley on the street and cars been parked so long they've got weeds growing through the wheels.

  Excellent property to stay in for holidays for Colwyn Bay and Llandudno

  Nice spacious house, with tvs in most rooms, location close to train station and morrisons,

  There were a couple of dead flies in the bedrooms, one bathroom not enough for everyone

  We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It was spacious, comfortable and clean. Love to visit again

  This is the first experience of staying in this type of property and it exceeded our expectations. There was plenty of space, the kitchen had everything that you would need, ( including dish washer tabs), with the dining table being laid giving a welcoming feeling. The bedrooms were spacious and very comfortable. A very modern large bathroom with plenty of hot water. Everything was clean and tidy. A good fish and chip shop is a very short distance away, as well as a Morrisons and main roads. We thoroughly, thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back again.
