    Our stay was very pleasant the kitchen diner was lovely and clean with everything we needed front room was comfortable a

    it was lovely and clean nicely decorated sofa was comfortable nice big telly , enclosed court yard Garden.

    The bed in the back bedroom was really Uncomfortable it has 2 different mattresses , one is higher than the other and was very hard and i could not sleep my back and ribs felt bruised I ended up sleeping in the bed in the small room so you could do with new mattresses med to firm , there was also a damp smell from the cupboard under the stairs , and the garden was to small for a large dog so would recommend you put court yard garden suitable for small dogs . and maybe some rugs to stop dogs slipping on the floors . and some throws to pop over the furniture that can be washed when dogs are there .

    The place was in a great location for me, mum can't walk far so this place was brilliant.

    Nothing really, only thing was mum struggled with steps but that nothing to do with the house.i just need to make sure I get somewhere next time all at the same level.
