    You should think of installing the ac. Using the fans not appropriate.

    Centrally located cozy appartment that gets warm during summer

    Appartment is centrally located in Madrid. A lot of public transport options closeby (bus, metro, train). The appartment is a bit small but was fine for our group of four. Beds were quite comfy, although pillows could have been better. Unfortunately no dish washer. Little to no noise complaints and the shutters are great to darken the rooms.

    Would be quite packed for six people though, particularly with only one bathroom and not a separate toilet. Unfortunately there is no airconditioning. Although it is located below street level, the appartment can still get quite warm. It was 38 degrees (Celcius) outside and it got up to 28 degrees inside. There are some fans, which provided some limited cooling.

    Great location, we would stay there again!

    Excellent location! Walkable to many great parks and things to do, & public transportation is easily accessible. Spacious apartment with everything we needed for our stay. Check-in and check-out procedures smooth.
