    Well located and comfortable

Great location - close to the city centre, yet quiet. The terrace and private parking space are definite advantages. Overall, the apartment is pleasant, spacious, and clean.

The entry system needs improvement. The electronic key to the gate is unreliable, and it often takes several minutes to get in, which is frustrating. The apartment could be a good option for longer stays, but it lacks some basic amenities, such as a washing machine, a coffee table, a comfortable sofa…. Adding these would significantly improve the comfort and overall experience.
